RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Your Legal Rights (UK & EU Customers)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK)

  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK)

  • The EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)

If you purchase online:

  • You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason.

  • After notifying us, you have 14 additional days to return the goods.

If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.


2. NEW ITEMS – Change of Mind

You may return new items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unworn and unused 

  • All original tags are attached

  • It is in original packaging unopened 

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost (as required by law).


3. SECOND-HAND / VINTAGE ITEMS

Important Notice About Pre-Owned Clothing

All of our vintage and second-hand items are carefully selected as A/B grade, meaning they are in excellent to very good condition.

  • Minor signs of wear consistent with age may be present, but all items are structurally sound and fully wearable.

  • Examples of expected wear include:

    • Slight fading or colour variation

    • Minor fabric softening

    • Small pulls or loose threads

    • Light bobbling

    • Minor previous repairs

By purchasing second-hand items, you acknowledge that these minor signs of wear are normal characteristics of vintage clothing and do not constitute defects. All items are carefully inspected and described as accurately as possible.


4. Right of Withdrawal (UK & EU Customers)

If you are located in the UK or EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

  1. Notify us via email at Support@styledagainltd.com

  2. Return the item within 14 days of cancellation

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We may make a deduction from your refund if the item shows handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as permitted under UK and EU law.


5. Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described Items

You are entitled to a remedy if an item:

  • Is significantly not as described

  • Has undisclosed damage

  • Is not of satisfactory quality (taking into account that it is second-hand)

  • Is not fit for purpose

If confirmed, we will:

  • Cover return shipping

  • Offer a repair, replacement, or full refund

6. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable for change of mind:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised/custom items

However, statutory rights still apply if items are faulty or misdescribed.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Include standard outbound shipping (for full cancellations under the cooling-off period)

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process funds.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
